Mortgage Advice

Standard mortgage advice fee is £475 Payable on completion. Discounted fee of £325 for First Time Buyers, Sole Applicant's, Armed Forces, & those in receipt of Military/State Pension, Carer's Allowance, Higher Rate Disabilty Living Allowance (Incl. Child) and Personal Independence Payment.

Non-Standard Mortgage Advice Fees

For non-standard advice, we may charge a higher fee of up to £750. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as Commercial Mortgages, Portfolio Landlords, Bridging Finance, and Complex Cases involving Adverse Credit, Debt Consolidation, Guarantor Mortgages, or situations with more than two applicants. Non-standard advice fees are specific to each case, so please enquire with us. All fees will be agreed upon in writing before any work commences.

Mortgage Assessments/Reports For Legal Proceedings Or Mediation

We charge £475 in advance for mortgage viability assessment reports/letters required during divorce or separation proceedings. For reports needed within 48 hours, the fee is £750 (subject to availability). The report will adhere to our standard due diligence and evidence requirements.
